In this course you will discover that there exists tasty vegetarian food. Participants will prepare tasty and healthy vegetarian dishes which we will later enjoy eating together.
While preparing the different dishes, Barry and María José will give valuable information about the nutritive power of the different foods and how to combine and cook them. We will give written recipes of all the dishes prepared during the course.
